We are pleased to announce the latest International Scholarship information for the 2014 – 2015 academic year.
Bellerby’s International College
Bellerby’s College has an impressive reputation with 50% of their A level students graduating to a top 15 UK University in 2013. They are offering limited scholarships of up to 50% off tuition fees for students wishing to progress to the Universities of Oxford or Cambridge, or to study medicine. For 2014/15, Brunel University are offering International scholarships with upto 15% off your tuition fees. There are 37 of these Scholarships available so the sooner students apply, the higher the chance of receiving this financial aid will be. More info is available here.
University of Brighton
University of Brighton are offering 40 International Scholarships worth a reduction of £4,000 from your tuition fees for any new full time undergraduate and postgraduate students. You will have to make an application, and the receipients witll be chosen based entirely on merit (not just academic but personal also). For further information, please see here.
University of Central Lancashire (UCLAN)
UCLAN are offering a number of different International scholarships for all levels of students coming to the University. These include the Vice-Chancellor’s Scholarship worth £1,500, country specific bursaries (find out if your country is eligible here), and postgraduate Scholarships. You can see the full list on their website.
Edge Hill University
If you are studying a Foundation Course at Edge Hill, you could be eligible for a Scholarship worth £1,200. If you progress onto an Undergraduate degree upon completion, you could then be eligible for the £3,975 Scholarship which would go towards your first year of study. There are also pre-Masters and Postgraduate Scholarships available. There are no set deadlines, however to be considered you must get in touch with the International team at the University, or we can do this on your behalf.Find out more on the Edge Hill website.
Many INTO centres across the UK offer scholarships, either on their own or in partnership with the local University you may progress to. Please see the list on the INTO website for eligible Centres, as well as this guide on all financial assistance available. Scholarships range from FULL TUITION FEE scholarships (covering 100% of your fees) to those in partnerships with Universities such as MMU for £6,250. Please note, to apply, you/UKEC will need to download and complete an application form after UKEC have applied for a place at one of their centres.
Liverpool John Moore’s
LJMU will be awarding 7 Roscoe International Scholarships worth up to £12,000 (full tuition fee) to International students accepted onto a 1 year taught Master’s Programme. There are also International Undergraduate Scholarships available worth upto £6,000 a year. The deadline for these are in June, so if you want to study at LJMU, get in touch as soon as possible. Manchester Metropolitan University
MMU are offering an Undergraduate & Postgraduate Vice-Chancellor’s Scholarship to eligible students worth from £2,500 to £3,000. The deadline for these is 30th June 2014. Applicants must download the application form and return to the stated email address before this. More info here: MMU Website.
University of Salford, Manchester
Over the years, University of Salford have committed over £1.5 million to International scholarships. This year, they’re offering individual Scholarships worth £5,000 to any International student on a full time Undergraduate or Postgraduate course. Take a look at the information on their website. If you qualify, the University will let you know in your offer letter.
Other Universities which may be offering Scholarships include Queen’s Belfast, Huddersfield, Derby, Sheffield Hallam and Swansea University. If the University you’d like to attend is not listed on this page, please get in touch and we can find out what financial assistance may be available to you.
